Team Management

Your team is the foundation of everything in UltiStackr. Whether you’re captaining a casual league squad or coaching a competitive club program, the Team Management module gives you full control over your roster, roles, lines, and team identity — all in one place.

What You Can Do

Here’s a quick rundown of what’s available under Team Management:

  • Create and customize your team — Pick a name, upload a logo, and set a custom URL slug so your team page is easy to share.
  • Build your roster — Add players manually, invite them directly, or share an invite link.
  • Assign roles — Control who can manage the roster, run practices, and access coaching tools with role-based permissions (Owner, Coach, Manager, Member).
  • Track player status — Keep tabs on who’s active, dormant, on a practice squad, or retired.
  • Set up lines — Organize your players into O-Line, D-Line, or custom lines for game day and season planning.
  • Manage player profiles — Store key player info like height, weight, position preferences, and condition for roster and game-day decisions.
  • Configure team settings — Update your team name, slug, logo, custom roles, and more from a central settings page.

Getting Started

If you’re setting up a new team, here’s the recommended flow:

  1. Create your team — name it, brand it, claim your slug.
  2. Add your roster — invite players or import them in bulk.
  3. Set roles and permissions — give your coaching staff the access they need.
  4. Configure lines — set up your O-Line, D-Line, and any custom lines.
  5. Review team settings — fine-tune custom roles, player statuses, and other preferences.

Already have a team? You can join an existing team via an invite link from your captain or coach. Check out Joining a Team for details.
