Game DayOverview

Game Day

Game day is where preparation meets execution. UltiStackr’s Game Day tools give you everything you need to run your sideline like a pro — from logging every point to managing your lines and scouting the opposition.

No more scribbling scores on scraps of paper. No more forgetting who played which point. No more walking into a game blind against an opponent you’ve faced three times this season.

What’s Included

Game Logging

Track every game point-by-point with UltiStackr’s game logger. Record which line was on the field, whether you were on offense or defense, and who scored — all in real time. Choose your game format (4v4 through 7v7), manage timeouts and halftime, and build a complete game history for your season.

Game Reports

Review completed games with full reports, share a recap image, or create a read-only public report link for team recaps.

Lineup Management

Assign players to lines, manage substitutions on the fly, and use the lineup matrix to see who’s been on the field and who’s been riding pine. After the game, review lineup data to optimize your rotations and keep your O-line and D-line fresh.

Opponent Scouting

Create scouting reports for upcoming opponents. Record tendencies, key players, and strategic notes. Pull up scouting data during games so you can make informed adjustments between points.

Game Day Workflow

A typical game day flow in UltiStackr looks like this:

  1. Before the game — Review your opponent’s scouting report and set your starting lines.
  2. First pull — Start a new game log, select your format, and mark whether you’re pulling or receiving.
  3. During the game — Log each point, track the score, manage subs and timeouts.
  4. Halftime — Review your stats, adjust lines, and check scouting notes.
  5. After the game — Save the game log, open the full report, and review the game in your history.

Game logs are automatically linked to your season, so you can track your team’s record and performance trends over time. Head to Seasons to learn more about season management.

Linking Games to Calendar Events

If you’ve scheduled a game or tournament on the Events & Calendar, you can link your game log directly to that calendar event. This keeps everything organized in one place — your schedule, your game data, and your opponent notes all connected.
