Account Access During Beta

Anyone can sign up for an UltiStackr account during beta. New accounts start with Player access by default.

Player access lets you join teams, view shared team content, RSVP to events, chat with your team, and use player-facing tools. Creating a team requires Coach access.

You can unlock Coach access by entering a valid coach access code:

  • During sign-up, if you already have a code.
  • During onboarding when you choose to create a team.
  • Later from your personal account settings.

If you do not have a code yet, you can send a coach access request from Profile Settings after signing in. Coach access codes come from waitlist release waves or from another coach. Each account that unlocks Coach access receives 3 coach access codes to share with other coaches.

Coach access codes are separate from team invite codes. A coach access code upgrades your account so you can create teams. A team invite code adds your account to an existing team.

Sign Up with Email and Password

  1. Open UltiStackr on your device.
  2. Tap Create Account on the welcome screen.
  3. Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  4. Tap Continue with email.
  5. Fill in your player name and display name — this is what your teammates will see.
  6. Enter your date of birth. You must be at least 13 years old to use UltiStackr with email sign-up.
  7. Enter your email address and choose a password that meets the on-screen requirements.
  8. Enter a coach access code if you have one, or continue without one to start with Player access.
  9. Tap Sign Up.
  10. Check your inbox for a verification email and tap the confirmation link.

Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the verification email within a couple of minutes.

Your date of birth is used to enforce age limits and is locked once your account is created.

Once you’ve verified your email, you’re all set to log in and start using UltiStackr.

Sign Up with Google

If you’d rather skip the password setup, you can sign up using your Google account:

  1. Open UltiStackr on your device.
  2. Tap Create Account on the welcome screen.
  3. Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  4. Tap Continue with Google.
  5. Select or sign in to your Google account when prompted.
  6. Complete the remaining profile details, including date of birth, matching preference, notification settings, and measurement preferences.
  7. Enter a coach access code during onboarding if you choose to create a team, or add/request Coach access later from Profile Settings.

That’s it — no email verification needed. UltiStackr will use your Google account’s name, email, and profile picture as defaults where available.

Terms of Service

During sign-up (whether via email or Google), you’ll be asked to accept UltiStackr’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You’ll need to agree to these before your account is created.

You can review both documents at any time:

Resetting Your Password

Forgot your password? No worries — it happens to the best of us.

  1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?
  2. Enter the email address you used to sign up.
  3. Tap Send Reset Link.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
  5. Tap the link in the email and choose a new password.
  6. Log in with your new password.

Password reset is available after your UltiStackr account has an email password. If you signed up with Google only, set a password first from personal settings.

Logging In on Multiple Devices

Your UltiStackr account works on any device with a modern browser. Log in from your phone, tablet, or desktop — your teams, playbooks, and data are synced everywhere.

Simply visit the web app on another device and log in with the same credentials (email/password or Google) you used to create your account.
